Anker Bak Studio is a Danish design studio working across furniture, objects and spaces. Rooted in Nordic design and more than 15 years of practice, the studio begins with people, materials and the situations that shape how we live. Projects range from individual objects to complete spatial settings, with a preference for natural materials, lasting quality and design made to endure both use and time.

The studio works through observation, reflection and close collaboration. With Bak’s craft and material knowledge remaining central, the Studio’s work extends into exhibitions, visual storytelling and creative direction. The studio's philosophy Dignity Design has grown from Bak’s sensitive approach, with a particular focus on moments where identity, dignity and a sense of self is at stake.

Anker Bak Studioは、家具、プロダクト、空間など、幅広い分野でデザインを手がけるデンマークのデザインスタジオです。北欧デザインに根ざし、15年以上にわたる実践を重ねてきたスタジオは、人々、素材、そして私たちの暮らし方を形づくるさまざまな状況を出発点としています。個々のオブジェクトから空間全体のデザインまで幅広く手がけ、自然素材を用いること、長く保たれる品質、長く使い続けられ、時を経ても耐えうるデザインを重視しています。

スタジオでは、観察と考察、そして密接な協働を通じてデザインに取り組んでいます。アンカーのクラフトマンシップと素材に関する知識を中心に据えながら、活動の領域を展示会、ビジュアル・ストーリーテリング、クリエイティブ・ディレクションへと広げています。スタジオの理念である「Dignity Design（ディグニティ・デザイン）」は、アンカーの繊細なアプローチから生まれたものであり、特に、アイデンティティ、尊厳、自分らしさが問われる場面に焦点を当てています。

そして、実践を通じて、ひとつの問いが変わらずにあります。「この世界に本当に加える価値のあるものとは何か？」
