A daybed can hold several moments in the same room: sitting together, making space for a guest, or lying down for a quiet pause. Indsande was designed around that gentle shift between uses.
The name means “in sand” and comes from the inland dunes of the Danish heath, echoed in the soft rise and fall of the cushions. Developed with Takumi Kohgei, a moulded oak frame wraps around the upholstery, while the daybed moves between sofa, guest bed and a place to rest.
